An Otego man has also pleaded guilty to a drug charge in Delaware County. The DA’s office reports that Nicholas Cartelli has pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a controlled substance after he admitted in January that he possessed heroin in Sidney. Cartelli remains in the Delaware County Jail, where he will have a sentencing hearing in August. It’s expected he will be ordered to serve four years in state prison.
