A new daycare option for families in Chenango County. Commerce Chenango has announced plans for an early learning center in downtown Norwich after the city was awarded one million dollars in grants from the state. Chamber of COmmerce CEO Sal Testani, an organizer of the project, has said that a daycare has been talked about in Norwich for nearly two decades, and now it will become reality. A celebration is planned at the Chamber office for Wednesday afternoon, where renderings will be shared.
