One person has died in a head on crash in Delaware County. Deputies responded to the scene on County Highway 12 in the Town of Davenport Wednesday after an initial report that one person was trapped inside the wreckage. Emergency crews discovered 63 year old Jean Bedard, of Davenport, was in extremely critical condition. Bedard did not survive. The other driver, 53 year old Richard Sanford, also of Davenport, suffered minor injuries. A crash reconstruction team is trying to figure out what caused the crash.
