An East Meredith man is accused of violating the conditions of his probation supervision. Reports show Michael Bielby was ordered back to court for resentencing on January 15th after a deadly crash that took place in September of 2020. He later admitted that he was at fault for the crash that left Downsville residents Sandra Elmore and Eugene Mills – dead. Authorities alleged that Bielby was using drugs against his probation conditions.
