The Delaware County SHeriff’s Office confirms a Walton man has died after a crash on State Highway 10 on Monday. Reports show two victims were trapped inside the wreckage of the vehicles, while a third person was thrown out due to the impact. 48 year old lawrence E. Forster later died of his injuries, while 24 year old Kaelyn M. Foster was rushed to an area hospital. The third victimn, 44 year old Grace Bartolillo, of Downsville, was life flighted to Albany medical Center.
