A crash in Davenport over the weekend leaves an 18 year old man dead. in Delaware COunty. State police respodned Saturday morning on State Highway 23 near High Point Spur Road. The driver, 18 year old Alex Brill, of Windale, was pronounced dead at thescene. The report says the teen was headed eastbound on the highway when he lost control and struck a tree line. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
