Business news now… Retail tween chain Five Below has announced it will open in Oneonta’s Southside Mall. The store will be located next to the Michael’s craft store on state route 23 where the former Rent-A-Center was located. Workers were already beginning to renovate the space this week and a “coming soon” sign is posted on the fence out front. The sign also indicates that the store is accepting applications for employment on their website.
