Early voting for the general election begins October 26th in Otsego County, and runs through November 3rd. Voters can cast an early in-person ballot at the Foothills Performing Arts Center on Market Street – or at the Meadows Office Complex, located at 140 County Highway 33W in Cooperstown. Polls are open 9am to 5pm starting Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Polls will be open from noon to 8pm on Tuesday and Thursday next week.
