After nearly eight years, the city of Oneonta may have finally found a developer for the idle rail yard development plan. Otsego Now, the city’s industrial development agency, says they’ve been in talks with a manufacturing company in Massachusetts. CEO Jody Zakrevsky won’t disclose the name of the company yet to protect the negotiations, but he did tell the Daily Star that the company has run out of space at it’s current facility and is looking to expand.
