The 10th annual Cherry Valley Kite Festival is coming up September 27th and 28th. The biennial festival is a highlight of th Otsego County Fall Tourism schedule and often draws as many as 15-hundred kite enthusiasts, including kite flyers and kite makers… and kite clubs from all over the northeast and Canada. The opening event will be an Indoor Kite Fly on Friday evening, according to a news release. Saturday starts bright and early with a kids kite-building workshop at the Old COmmunity Center at Cherry Valley.
