One person has been tragically killed in a vehicle versus pedestrian crash in Oneonta. It happened Tuesday morning around 5am on State Highway 7. Police say 40 year old Amber Joy was walking in the roadway when she was struck. The driver of the vchile, who was not identified, is said to be cooperating with police investgators. Joy was pronounced dead at the scene.
