The Oneonta COmmon Council may be able to replace the small kiddie pool at Wilber Park – at no cost. Discussions about installing a new splash pad have been ongoing for at least two years. On Thursday, YMCA Director Frank Russo said that the Future For Oneonta Foundation had raised 80-thousand dollars privately, and that the money was specifically designated for a splash pad. Additionally, Russo said FOF could also tap into two grants to raise even more funding.
