A Delaware Couty grand jury has indicated a Sidney man for burglary. District Attorney Shawn Smith saud 29 year old Peter. D. Puglisi is accused of illegally entering a storage unit in the village of Sidney on March 24th, with the intent of stealing the items inside the unit. Puglisi has already made an initial court appearance, where he entered a plea of not guilty. He is next scheduled to appear in court on June 17th.
