Almost three years after a deadly double stabbing, a Herkimer County man will stand trial. 24 year old Michael Andreev Junior is accused of murdering his 12 year old sister and his father at a home on Route 167 in Jordanville in September of 2021. Andreev’s 9 year old brother escaped the home and ran to a neighbor to get help. When Police arrived, the found Andreev with significant injuries himself, after they say he intentionally jumped out of a second story window of the home. On Monday, a judge set the trial date for September 9th.
