The city of Oneonta is asking for some help in organizaing this year’s 4th of July festivities. Mayor Mark Drnek says there has been overall support for holding the parade again. But to do so, Drnek said Tuesday that residents will need to step up and help to organize it. He’s hopiong around 6-to-8 people will step forward.
