The Oneonta Common Council’s Quality of Life and Infrastructure Committee is discussing the potential of using federal pandemic relief funding at Wulber Park. One proposal would expand the pakring lot to allow for better acces to the pool at the lower edge of the park. Handicap accessibility could also be improved, according to Public Works Director Chris Yacobucci. The full common council will be presented with the plans at their June 4th meeting.
