A tragic crash in Delaware County has left one person dead. It happened last week on State Highway 23 in the town of Stamford just before midnight. Sheriff’s deputies say there were four people in one vehicle when it lost control ad went off the road. The sheriff’s office said 25 year old Nyheim Golden-Williams, of Binghamton, 17 year old Kayla Gonsalves, of Delhi, 20 year old Alexis Lotterman, of Walton, and 25 year old Isaiha Caballero, of New York City were injured. Golden-Williams was identified as the deceased victim.
