A Deposit man accused of killing his 3 year old son is now out of jail after posting bail. The Delaware COunty DA says James Christ Junior posted the 20-thousand dollar bond and was released by a judge’s order. Christ is charged with manslaughter and assault after authorities claim he recklesslly caused the dwath of the boy on May 10th at the Meadow Park Apartments. Public records show Christ has a prior conviction for assault in Binghamton in Decmeber 2017.
