An Otsego County woman is identifgied as the victim of a deadly crash on the Thruway on Tuesday. New York State Police say 36 year old Erika Gargan, for an unknown reason, was standing in the middle of I-87 in Woodbury when she was struck by a car. Gargan was killed. The driver of the car was not injured. State police are still investigating and are asking anyone who may have seen Gargan before the crash – to call 845-344-5300.
