A Walton man has pleaded guilty to drug charges after a traffic stop back in December. Delaware County Shawn Smith’s office says Patrick A. Ladd, entered the guilty plea on Thursday to attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance. Ladd has admitted that he possessed two grams of methamphetamine and 13 bags of heroin while in the village of Walton. He also admitted that he was planning on selling the drugs. A judge ordered him to serve four years in state prison.
