A Sidney man was indicted Thursday by a Delaware County grand jury for six counts of drug trafficking charges. Charles Walsh is accused of dealing in fentanyl throughout the region, as well as methamphetamine. He is also accused of possessing paraphernalia used in packaging, manufacturing, and distrbuting the drugs. If convicted, Walsh will face up to 14 years in state prison when he is sentenced, plus an additional five years of supervised release.
