Bowing to community outcry, the city of Oneonta will postpone the sale of the 27 Market Street property until at least October. On Tuesday, Mayor Mark Drnek addressed the community after weeks of fierce debate over the proposed project involving Rehabilitation Support Services. The project calls for 40 homes deemed for low-income renters, with 15 units set aside for RSS clients who would receive mental health and substance abuse services.
