A rollover crash in Sidney has led to the arrest of a Mount Upton man for drunk driving. The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office indicates 65 year old Lawrence Peloso was arrested after the crash on State Highway 357. Deputies arrived to the scene and determined that Peloso lost control and went off the pavement, striking an embankment. That caused the vehielce to flip, coming to rest just off the roadway. Peloso has since been released from jail on his own recognizance and was ordered to appear in Town of Sidney court at a later date.
