Tuesdays public meeting on Rehabilitation Support Service’s proposal to develop 27 Market Street drew more than 200 people, some who turned rather testy. The event was held at the Foothills Performing Arts Center in order to accomodate the expected crowd. Plans call for the property to be redeveloped into a mixed-use concept. However, some people became angry when the public was not allowed to provide any comments. That prompted a number of people to begin shouting during a presentation.
