Oneonta Common Council member Emily Falco and city planning commission chair Danny Lapin have announced their resignations. Mayor Mark Drnek announced the resignations on Tuesday at the common council meeting. Falco, who just won re-election to her seat in November, cited her full-time job’s demands on her time. Lapin, meanwhile, said he was stepping down due to potential conflicts of interest with his job. He is a revitalization specialist with the Department of State.
