There are new complications in the application by Cooperatown brothers – to renovate a garage at 31 Walnut Street in oneonta – into a coffee shop. Now, a former employee of Stagecoach Coffee is alleging that the business has previously broken labor, safety and health code laws at their Cooperstown store. Cory Perrault filed a case with the National Labor Relations Board in February. The government has now ordered brothers Chris and Matt Grady to pay Perrault more than 41-hundred dollars in lost wages.
