A man from Walton is in big trouble for allegedly stealing breaking into and stealing from a local business. Delaware County District Attorney Shawn Smith says Luke Lupo has pleaded guilty to burglary. Smith says Lupo admits to entering a building owned by Herman’s Trailer Sales and Service in the spring of last year, and stealing thousands of dollars in property. A sentencing date is set for January, when Lupo is expected to be ordered to serve five years of supervised probation and pay restitution to the victim.
