The youngest person ever elected to the Otsego County Board – is resigning. Democrat Clark Oliver will step down on Wednesday. Oliver has served on the board representing Oneonta’s 1st and 2nd Wards since 2020. He had already said back in April that he would not run again due to his upcoming graduation from the University of Albany. Now, he’s been offered a job with the state office for the prevention of domestic violence that he believes could present a conflict of interest.
