New York State Polcie have arrested a Chanango County man for fraud and larceny. 37 year old Michael Salamey, of Frankfort, was accused of entering into a contract to complete improvements at a home in the village of Sherburne. A resident allegedly paid Salamey 33-thousand dollars, but he never finished the work and stopped commnuicating with the resident. Salamey is also accused of failing to pay a subcontractor. He’s due back in court November 16th.
