The State Department of Transportation will host a public information meeting at 5:30 pm. Tuesday, November 14, at the Oneonta High School. The meeting will focus on a major project to reconstruct the intersection of Maple Street & State Route 7 in the City of Oneonta. The project would replace an existing signalized intersection with a single-lane roundabout, plus new sidewalks, crosswalks and a multi-use path for bicyclists and pedestrians. A formal presentation by DOT staff will be followed by a question-and-answer and public comment period.
