Be aware that a new school speed zone and traffic light are being installed on State Highway 23 in the area of the Cooperstown All Star Village in Oneonta. The changes are being taken due to the youth baseball tournament and resort facility that operates as a day camp. The Cooperstown All Star Village, on 67 acres located at 4158 state Highway 23 in Oneonta, is working to establish the school zone under the supervision of NYSDOT and town leaders.
