We’re leaerning the criminal case against the Town House Inn manager in Oneonta – may be thrown oout of court soon. 43 year old Premodh Vilakkupattathil was arrested in early September after turning himself in on a charge of knowingly maintaining a site where people gathered to engage in unlawful activities. The motel has since been closed since a shooting on August 31st. On Monday of this week, the case adjourned a proceeding to decide whteher or not to dismiss the case altogetehr.
