SUNY Oneonta has announced plans to open a food pantry for students and staff. The new Red Dragon Pantry will celebrate a grand opening this Friday at 10am on the lower floor of the Hunt Union. A statement from SUNY Oneonta says students will have free access to non-persishable items, basic need supplies, and fresh produce from local farms. The shelves will be repleneished regularly by Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York, in partnership with Unadilla Community Farm, a local nonprofit organization.
