The nonprofit Sidney Center Improvement Group is celebrating completion of a five-year park improvement project. This Sunday, there will be a celebration with the inaugural Down Home Fall Festival at the park from 2-to-6 p.m. SCIG President and Sidney Center resident Michael Sellitti said the event will highlight the project and the season.
