A reminder that demoliton work at 27 Market Street in Oneonta begins today. Gorick Construction is tearing down the concemned building that’s been deemed unsafe. Because of the asbestos, the city urges everyone to stay far away from the area. Barricades and signs will go up and the sidewalk will be closed. Additionally, no parking on Chestnut Street Extension until the project is finished.
