A Delhi woman is also in big trouble… jailed for welfare fraud. A statement from village polcie says 46 year old Courtney O’Neill was arrested after a complaint filed by the Delaware County Department of Social Services. She was released from jail with an appearance ticket ordering her to return to Delhi Town Court at a later date. Records show O’Neill was also arrested in late July for failing to appear in court for another criminal case.
