The City of the Hills Festival is being called a big success, with thousands of people attending events this past weekend in downtown Oneonta. The event was sponsored by Community Arts Network and expanded into two days this year, featuring a downtown art walk, vendor booths, live music, and a beer garden, among other things. Initial estimates show as many as 4-thousand people attended on Saturday, with another 15-hundred on Sunday. Sunday was hurt by the rainy weather, though.
