The Wolf Mountain Nature Center in Chenango County has scheudled their 17th annual “Honoring the Spirit of the Wolf” fundraiser for Sunday, October 8th. The Wolf Mountain Nature Center is a must-visit for anyone interested in nature or wildlife, spanning 64 acres. It is home to over 20 animals, including wolves, coyotes and arctic foxes. Tickets for the event is $10 per person; kids 5 and under will be free. The gift shop will also be open for cash-only sales. All proceeds raised go toward the upkeep of the facility and care for the animals.
