According to the cobleskilltimesjournal.com, the man accused of shooting at West Fulton buildings last year was arrested in June for having guns in his home when he wasn’t supposed to.
Schoharie County District Attorney Susan Mallery is currently conducting a pre-plea investigation to get more information about the incident.
