The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office announces the arrest of the above-named Defendant following a reported domestic dispute in the Town of Cherry Valley. The defendant was found to be in violation of an order of protection by being inside the victim’s residence with the victim present. The Defendant was turned over to the Otsego County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
