According to the Evening Sun, following a request to check the welfare of a missing person who had not been seen in recent days, police conducted a search of the victim’s residence at about 6:30 p.m. on Sunday and located a body inside an apartment at 89 North Broad Street in Norwich.
Monday afternoon police identified the victim as 44-year-old Alisa Ann Martin.
