The Otsego County Deputy Sheriff’s PBA announces its 2023 scholarship winners. They are
Kaden Butts from Unadilla Valley Central School, Peter Kiuber from Cooperstown Central School and
Lydia Lusk from Cherry Valley-Springfield Central School. The PBA exctends its congratulations to the classa of 2023.
