A former Franklin resident is arraigned in Delaware County court on charges related to sexual conduct against a child. 48 year old John J. Jaromack Jr is indicted on making sexual contact with a child under 13 and a child under the age of 11.
If convicted, the defendant faces a potential maximum sentence of 25 years in state prison, and 20 years of post-release supervision. Jaromack pleaded not guilty and was sent behind bars in lieu of $50,000 cash bail.
