Hill City Celebrations, formerly known as First Night Oneonta announces the winners of the 2022 Festival of Lights.
First prize went to Van’s Auto and NYCM Insurance wonm second prize. Third prize went to The Amish Barn Company. The winners were chosaen by Hill City Celebrations board members.
