The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office announces the arrest of the 48 year old Billie A. Vonkrusze of Utica yesterday following an investigation into the discovery of a narcotic on the defendant as she was being booked as an inmate at the Otsego County Correctional Facility. Following her release from Centralized Arraignment on an unrelated charge, the defendant was taken in to custody and charged with Promoting Prison Contraband 1st Degree. The defendant was processed and returned to the Otsego County Correctional Facility to await Centralized Arraignment.
