On Sunday Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies investigated a fatal UTV accident that occurred on Carcass Brook Road in ompkins. 45-year-old William Youhas, of New Jersey was operating a side-by-side utility vehicle when he lost control of the vehicle, causing the UTV to overturn and pinning Youhas between the vehicle and the roadway. Lifesaving efforts were not successful.
