Early voting for the November general election begins tomorrow. In Otsego County early voting is at the Foothills Performing Arts Centeror the Otsego County Board of Elections. Chenango County early voting is at the County Board of Elections in Norwich and Delaware County early voting is at the Board of Elections Office in Delhi.
