The State Department of Environmental Conservation kicked off its annual Arbor Day Poster contest.The winner will have their photo or artwork reproduced as the 2023 Arbor Day Poster. Entries are accepted through Dec. 31. Send original photograph and artwork submissions entries to arborday@dec.ny.gov.
