The Community Arts Network of Oneonta brings back the City of the Hills Festival on Sept. 17 after a pause due to the pandemic. Events include a mural unveiling, yoga, drum circle, a downtown art walk and a craft beer garden It is free and open to the public except for evening entertainment in area venues.
