State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli’s office audited the Unadilla Valley Central School District and determined officials did not establish nonresident tuition rates for special education students in accordance with regulations.The audit found the rates exceeded the state maximum resulting in 7 districts overcharged by a total of $183,250.
